Being a n English speaker in Spain it was very nice to have the desk staff speak English.

Perfect location, central with loads of bars and restaurants around it.

The hotel was in the old part of Santiago. It was a big room, very clean. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. We had to leave very early to get a flight. They arranged the taxi and even gave us a bag of take away food! The restaurant at the hotel was excellent! I highly recommend the hotel.

Our room was very comfortable with big windows looking out to the plaza and it had a small balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Alva. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you’re driving, get details from hotel where to park and how to get luggage up to the hotel. It is easy. We were fortunate to be there on their holiday La Asuncion.

Very spacious and comfortable room a block from the cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good. It’s a cold buffet. Not that much to choose from, but there was enough to keep us happy. We absolutely love this hotel. It was perfect location. Nice little bars nearby great restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Staff very helpful. Walking distance to the Cathedral, restaurants and many others amenities.
