Our room was clean enough but the bathroom had stains and was very outdated - and the shower door wouldn’t close all the way…did not feel like a 4 star property but it was stylish and close enough to where we needed to go

Would like to have a coffee pot in the room

Staff was extremely nice and helpful—I’ve never been to a hotel with better service. There is a convenient bus stop directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance that is used by several routes around the city and nearly every train route is just a few steps away as well. Room was clean and had wonderful lights that could dim. Beds were soft and comfortable and fairly large for what we needed. Hotel Zelos will definitely be our pick for our next trip to San Francisco.

Mychael was great. He was very helpful and very friendly. We greatly appreciated the complementary upgrade with the jetted tub.

Our room was not properly turned over. We didn’t notice until the morning we checked out (only stayed one night) but someone’s personal effects were still left in the bathroom with towels on top of it. Not acceptable and tells me cleaning can be better. In the future if I ever stayed here I would check my room upon entry. I headed right out and didn’t look around my room before heading to a basketball game.

The room was clean. The location was good, close to BART. The front desk staff was great. Friendly and helpful.

Great all round

Overall the hotel is nice. It is well maintained and in the center of all the major shops. It's about a 30 min walk from Oracle Park There is a bus stop within steps from the hotel making. There is alot of foot traffic because of it. The rooms are smaller than what I imagined and there was hair in the tub not sure if maintainance does a very good job of cleaning.
