Great service with a lot of nice attitude

Hotel was beautiful but on the last day my shower wasn’t working. Maintenance staff dropped by but left without fixing the problem. I alerted the front desk but no accommodation was provided so I had to check out without the ability to shower. Also, the hotel bar prices for regular bourbon highballs (Woodford Reserve) was extremely expensive - approximately $50 per shot. Such prices at nearby restaurants were around $10 to $12.

The breakfast menu has good quality, essential components, but no warm food. At approx. US$ 32 it is overpriced. An option is to order breakfast food from a menu at lower cost. There are numerous shops and kiosks that can be reached comfortably on foot within minutes. A kiosk is on the same block.

Very beautiful hotel, you must see the atrium inside, a little bit hidden, but very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It's well located as well.

Excelente estrutura, atendimento e qualidade das coisas. Achei um pouco invasivo que eles vão muito ao quarto conferir frigobar e vagem na porta mesmo se estiver com a placa de não perturbe. Tirando isso o hotel atende muito bem e entrega o que promete.

I stayed here for two nights, one night each two weeks apart, thus I had different rooms. Both times the staff was very accommodating to early and late arrival times. They were very kind to thus weary traveler. The beds were very comfortable, showers refreshing, Nespresso in the room. I was always greeted with a smile, I would base myself here again in a heartbeat.

Be careful because heated pool is not available. Check before doing reservation. Until today I requests to received an answer from the hotel and nothing so far.

Nice hotel, pretty new, and room is very clean. Most are positive. Only one thing that one small drink ordered from pool costs $26 US dollar. That's just seems way to expensive.
