This is the second time staying there and I was was pleasantly surprised at the remodel that the rooms are receiving. The update is lovely and modern. The rooms are clean, its a great location and I will stay here again.

Our room and the hotel were as advertised. The staff was friendly, it was quiet and clean, and served its purpose for our overnight stay. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable, other than that, I would likely book again if I have to go to NY again.

Not the sexiest area, but the staff and restaurant are super. If you need something that’s feasibly priced and close to airport, this place is great. And the staff are amazing.

Do not let the name of the facility fool you. The smell in this place was horrible. The mass walking into the hotel was horrible. The staff was terrible. And you’re only going to get coffee in the morning. Showerhead was terrible.

There was a bad smell in the corridors of the hotel, also the bed sheets that were put on the bed were all dirty and stained, we had to go to the front desk 3 times in order to have housekeeping come to the room and bring clean sheets which took over half an hour. Not a Happy camper!

The property was being updated. There were construction materials in the parking lot, lobby, hallways, next to the elevator- everywhere you looked. The room was half completed. Our door didn't lock! The nightstand 'faux granite' slid right off when my husband leaned on it. Half of our room's electrical outlets worked. The hallway smelled of vomit for our entire stay [notified front desk]. Was quoted one amount, went to pay and told the room was more than quoted. Not worth the grief to stay here!!

Clean room, easy to check in/out, was being remodeled but no noise kept us up or was inconvenient! Great stay!
