There is extensive work being done in all the communal areas and some blocks of rooms. The main pool is out of use and the others are being closed next. The walkway to the beach has all been ripped up and there is a lot of noise from the room refurbishments. On top of this the pool bar is closed and the restaurant has removed half of the menu items. It’s like they are running on basics. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I would not stop here if you want a relaxing holiday for the next few months. I understand that it needs doing (they have let the place get run down - especially the pool area) but they are now tackling too much at once. It’s like a building site. The food we had in the Beach restaurant was nice but the staff struggled to understand us and I got my starter of my main after requesting my starter 3 times. There are much better 4 star hotels in the area.

Stayed 2 years on the trot and it’s lovely, my only concern now is it seems to be catering for the Muslim community which is fine but this factors in the food for breakfast. The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. Overall 2 and a bit resort sorry

No life or atmosphere at the resort.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Great location with plenty of cheap beach bars and plenty of great restaurants on the Main Street just outside the hotel. Will be back

The Arinara is beautiful, and the rooms and amenities are lovely, however it is starting to show its age

Our air-conditioning unit leaked water all over our back pack and got our clothes wet. It was also very loud.

Breakfast was ok apart from having the same dishes every day, need to mix it up a bit more, especially with the nice satay food which they only served once while we were there. My room was large and clean, but a bit dated. Staff were relatively friendly and pool access room (garden view) was lovely.

We had a great stay as a family of 3… the rooms are large and clean, Lovley helpful staff and the buffet breakfast is great ( it has cereals fruit and yoghurt, French toast and pancakes and plenty of bread options, an egg station sausages and bacon ect, soup station, kids station and a rotational international menu with different county food each day, tea coffee juice ect) The hotel is family friendly with an outdoor play area and indoor ball pit for the young ones, pool table, kids club area and Lovley large pools with toddler zones. We enjoyed our stay and will 100% go back

Breakfast was very good but a little bit expensive. The hotel is good for families with kids and people that want to relax. It is quiet and located in a good area. Just one staff in the lobby area was kind of rude when I asked her about something I didn’t know.
