The person in reception did not know how to solve the problem, possible a new staff?
The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation.
At the end I was charged for food and beer that I never ordered and they after 2 days still didn’t return my money.

Very friendly and helpful front desk clerk! The location is not close to restaurants or other shopping needs. There is a bistro restaurant on site but they're was only 1 person working at it to handle taking orders, making all of the food, and handling the bar. Poor guy! There were a lot of people wanting dinner but it was just too much for one person. Plus they were out of a lot of the menu items. So we left to go find dinner. Didn't bother trying to get breakfast there the next morning. Would have been a nice little spot for meals if there was adequate staff and food. Room was comfortable and clean.

The lady at the front desk did not know if I could use tap water for the coffee machine. I opened the coffee machine - there was a layer of dust. you will poison someone one day...
It was not worth the money.

The kitchen kept on breaking down during our stay, so we couldn’t get a hot breakfast.

It was great to have the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only thing that I was caught off guard was that there was no complimentary breakfast. Most hotels of this nature have them. Not a deal breaker but for the money, it would have been of value.

Clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff always willing to help with any questions or needs. Coffee always available which was very appreciated! Friendly and kind staff. Would definitely stay again.
