Cute hotel with friendly staff and excellent location near many restaurants, bars and stores. Though the description said the hotel had laundry facilities, they do not have self service laundry. They have a laundry service for 35€ per bag but it is only available some days. Though my main complaint was we could not get our room cool enough despite having the AC on the lowest setting. The AC did work and it was not intolerable, just warmer than I am used to for sleeping.

Carlos helped us check in promptly when we arrived close to midnight. He was friendly and gave us some useful tips about visiting the Alhambra. The hotel is in a convenient location where it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The only downside to our room was the bathroom- the fan was broken and made terrible loud clanking noises that sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling, and the shower was small and under a slanted room which was fine for me since I’m 5’4” but I imagine quite uncomfortable for anyone much taller. We didn’t ask to change rooms bc we were already settled so we just skipped using the fan. Not a huge deal.

Lovely secluded cellar breakfast area hidden away dowstairs is a cool haven.

The Hotel is Beautiful, excellent service, great location, we had a great time in this gorgeous historic building remodeled with great taste! Breakfast was perfect. The only thing I didnt like was that the room that I got was very beautifull but had some stairs to get to the bathroom, and at night, while traveling and suddenly dont know where you are is kind of dangerous but not really problematic if you pay attention!!

This place is a treasure. The property is quirky and every new space is a discovery. The staff go out of their way to be informative and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Would love to come back and stay longer.

The location was wonderful in the center of town. You could walk to everything. The staff was excellent, courteous, very helpful. Made our trip easy in Granada!

Great hotel: unfortunately for us it is under construction and we could not enjoy the interior courtyard. Also the construction noise impacted our afternoon nap. We were told of the construction very shortly before the start of our stay, which I would say is underhanded.... Our room under the roof was great!
