I stayed in room 327 a one bedroom suite with 4 people (2 kids and 2adults). The bedroom and bathroom doors were extremely hard to close and open. The doors would get stuck and you hold have to pull really hard, with all your body weight, just to open it. It’s like the door warped or something because it was impossible to open. There were also several flies and mosquitoes in our room, we killed about 5 total. We called maintenance to come look at the doors but they couldn’t do anything. Besides the door and bug issues, we enjoyed the lobby and food at the restaurant.

Messed up my reservation, expensive food that is mostly nasty, loud kids jumping into the pool all night. Got bit several times by mosquitos in my hotel room. Overall not an enjoyable experience. Staff did what they could to make up for it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a good stay, but the biggest downside was the noise. The walls seem to be very thin. At night, I could hear almost everything from the room next door, including sneezes, phone conversations, and other normal room noise. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If soundproofing were improved, this would be a much better hotel. Unfortunately, the noise level would make me think twice about staying here again.

The property is a distance from downtown Los Angeles but it is in a cleaner and safer location. Additionally, the property was clean, staff was friendly and they had a lot of amenities

Next time I go to LA I will book my stay with Amarano Hotel! The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and the best part for me was having a little patio to sit outside. They are dog friendly which was a huge perk. The breakfast was perfect and healthy. I enjoyed the warm pool and Jacuzzi. Overall I will definitely consider staying at Amarano again!

The rooms are really nice and room,I love the restroom really big and shower for 2 and the extra large bath tub was separate by itself..The Hotel is more on the pricey side,I did not like no parking on Vallet parking and 50 dollars a night which your not told that on the phone nor online.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Parking is valet only (or on the street) but the valets were very quick to get our vehicle. The free breakfast was not to our taste but for those who enjoy a continental breakfast it was nice. It was conveniently located for our purposes of visiting family in Hollywood. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was easy to find and the staff were amazing. The only negative thing about the hotel was a false fire alarm sounding off a little after 430 am, which of course woke the family. During our check out, the guest ahead of us commented about the alarm and other things that they were not happy about. I overheard the front desk person offer to not charge the resort fees. I was not offered the same "discount". It would've been nice to been offered the same consideration.

Great stay once again. We'll be back.
