Very dirty hotel roaches everywhere this place is out of control

Clean room

Roaches everywhere, the air conditioning and the wifi barely worked

The door doesn’t work , the phone doesn’t work refrigerator doesn’t work

It was nice

I pulled into the parking lot and sat in my car for a moment, and almost immediately witnessed someone passed out on the sidewalk. There were people openly selling and using drugs in the parking lot, and the entrance gate was broken and literally hanging by a thread. The overall condition of the property felt unsafe and neglected from the moment I arrived. There was no way any reasonable person would feel comfortable staying here. The issues appear so extensive that it's difficult to imagine any simple fix or course correction. In my opinion, the property would need a complete overhaul under new ownership or management committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professionally run establishment. As it stands, I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
