We booked months ahead. We called if we may leave our luggage because checked in was at 4pm. They were kind and said yes...
After our activities, we got to the hotel at 8pm... At 8pm, we were told the room that we paid and reserve is NOT available. We couldn't get a room. We needed to do that on line. It was frustrating and mad. The room was for six. They only and trying to give me a room with two queens. How come they didn't tell me this when I left the luggage?

極佳 The property interior design and general ambiance has improved significantly from the past few years. It was a little dated and needed a refresh and it was successful. Great shuttle service to LAX. Shuttles leave on a schedule so that you are not waiting around for hours at a time. Lots of tour groups use the hotel and it can get crowded at breakfast but there is plenty of room and tables to absorb it.

This hotel was okay but not what we expected. The shuttle service was excellent but the free breakfast was minimal. On weekends it starts at 7:30 and if you have an earlier flight you had to request a “grab and go” which consisted of a small yogurt, a bottle of water and a stale muffin. Since it is billed as an airport hotel you would expect breakfast to start earlier. The room was okay but the hotel interior was ugly. We just didn’t feel we got what we paid for.

I was there for 3 days .The Breakfast was good, the staff was very helpful.
And this was not my 1st visit to this hotel. It works perfect for me to visit with family.
