Overcharged by almost $600 on checking out. The final bill was correct but when I later checked my credit card statement, the amount I’d been charged was more than double the actual bill. The hotel immediately admitted their mistake and asked for my bank account details so they could refund me. But now, almost two weeks later, I’m yet to be reimbursed and they’re refusing to tell me when it will happen. I’ve travelled all over the world and never experienced this before. Be very careful in any financial transactions with this hotel.

Excellent location right on the beach with beautiful snorkelling spots. Beach chairs, kayaks and snorkelling equipment all available for free. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay has been amazing. The beach right in front of the property is stunning and you are at a short distance of Kuto beach and Kanumera Bay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing. The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines.

The rooms were well located and provided excellent facilities and the surrounding were very well maintained.

The room was okay, however the beds had cheap and bouncy mattresses, uncomfortable pillows. The property is tired in general, but still is the best compared to all other options on the island. Set in a nice garden on a beautiful bay with lots of corals. The staff were helpful. The worst was the food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner - everything was overcooked, little choice, same every day. Breakfast was satisfactory in general.

So Peaceful and the staff were extra helpful. The Kyaking and Day trip to Oro bay was stunning. Great Snorkeling at Oro Bay

Friendly staff, nice, comfortable well-appointed rooms with great access to the Konemura Bay beach which is an awesome spot for swimming/canoeing/snorkeling.
