Best thing about this hotel is the location! It’s conveniently located in the center of everything. We were able to walk to most places, and there’s ton of restaurants close by. The river walk being directly across the street made everything that much easier.

This is an amazing property which is centrally located to all of the nearby attractions. Very clean and modern! From check in to checkout everything was superb. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all who assisted us during our stay! Keep up the excellent work!

Let me start with saying the staff was soo welcoming to us from the moment they met us at the door. The room was great with a beautiful river view from our window. This was definitely a pleasurable stay. A convenient location for the Riverwalk and shopping.

The hotel overall was nice for the money and in an amazing location right across the street from the River Walk. The rooms were spacious and the blackout curtains were amazing for getting a good night of rest. One of elevator banks, however, was down during our stay. We'd have to wait 15 minutes or more each time we needed to take the elevator down from our room. This was a major inconvenience throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful experience, visiting Chicago for the first time with the family.
Hotel is in a great location, steps from the Riverwalk and great restaurants. Stayed in a one room suite and had a relaxing and terrific stay. Recommended the hotel to friends and family on our return home and would love to come back again.

極佳 Beautiful hotel in a perfect location near the riverwalk. Window seat was a highlight and the room was very large compared to the typical big city hotel room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only negative was that one of the elevators was out of order (apparently has been for at least a few weeks or more) which made wait times much longer during busy hours. Otherwise, incredible stay!
