Localisation à 500m de la gare, +++terrasses et commerces, proximité du centre-ville, fleuve et quartier historique, fabuleux!!!

Convenient location near the Hauptbahnhof. Helpful staff. Clean room.

Upon arrival front desk staff (male) wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t clean, stepped on broken pieces of glass, fortunately didnt have any cuts. Shower gel was also not filled up & had to call front desk to replenish. Towel also not changed & had to again call them. Overall experience wasn’t that great. Except within walking distance to main train station.

The hotel was alright, small rooms, kinda clean, and the neighbourhood was terrible and sketchy. I would recommend staying elsewhere for the price - pay for an uber to go somewhere better.

No soap in the bathroom after I was in the shower. The batteries of the remote for the air conditioner were dead…so I slept with the windows opened. The guy at the bar was very nice. We were two people in the room, but only one key. Breakfast was a bit higher on the price. At night not very safe to go for a walk.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and have always had positive experiences—until this visit. Unfortunately, a staff member named Omar made my entire stay extremely uncomfortable. He barely speaks English, was consistently rude, showed no understanding of customer service, and crossed personal boundaries in a way that felt intrusive and inappropriate. This was especially disappointing because the rest of the staff were kind, friendly, and professional as always. One individual should not be allowed to ruin an otherwise good hotel experience. I hope management takes this seriously, as this stay was a nightmare solely because of him.

Out dated, dirty

Before we even booked the hotel, I had reached out to the front desk. They were quick to answer, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that one of the two of our rooms was ready early so we were able to check in and clean up which was wonderful after our 12 hour flight. The location was perfect from the train station and access to the trams. Very highly recommend.
