Property was cleaned staff wasn’t helpful and it was rude.

Professional staffing/the cleanness of the hotel was excellent

I stayed for 4 nights, everyday I had my room cleaned and with cleaned towels :) the hotel is very clean, they could update some things but overall was a very nice stayed. Bed was comfy along with the pillows. usually I am very picky with that. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The food ohhhh the food was very very good!!

Great breakfast. Wedding guests were very noisy late into the night.

Already addressed with the manager.

I grew up in the area so I know the reputation of this place before the 21st century. When I was looking to stay in town recently, the Royal Regency came up and looked really nice, renovated and well liked by the reviews. I wasn't sure if I could trust it but I figured let's try it out. Let me tell you that this place was way better than I expected. Really nice renovated rooms, nice staff, easy check in and check out. The only minor thing I would suggest is that they add something to the rooms that allows you to hang things up, there was no closet or hanging rack in my room.

Overall great! Thank you

This is a nice hotel for the price with morning breakfast. Clean room, Nice Helpful staff,Plenty of parking,Nice restaurant in the hotel with a bar. Did not get a chance to eat there. Stayed for 1 night to catch a show in Manhattan. I Recommend this this hotel and I would stay here again.
