We’re very happy with the hotel and the entire team. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of both Indonesian and Western food options.
We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Beds were clean, but the room was small and doesn't feel cosy. The key card didn't work the first time and the door was difficult to open. Safe was provided but there are no batteries to operate it. The 4 star rating is mainly for the fantastic location, where it is located just beside Paskal 23 Hyper Square which is super convenient and there are a lot of restaurants around. It is also near the Bandung train station.

極佳 Amazing hotel, very comfy bed & pillows, clean bathroom and spacious. Staffs are very polite and helpful. We had a problem with air-con in our room, they moved us immediately and ensure we’re comfortable. Very good service. Location is great too, very close to many good restaurants and Braga

We stayed in the premium floor with lounge access. The room is small and dirty. The shower handle is loose and can’t be adjusted. The aircon is too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. The worst thing is the water is dirty and brown.
