The rooms have an odor. We had a long wait to check in. The other front desk clerk check a family in than left. He didn't asked did we need help or anything.

When the staff has an issue, they deactivate your room key cards instead of trying to call you. There was black mold in the showers. We got accused of “hiding”our dogs when we told them on day 1 about them (paid a deposit) and brought them in, second day they deactivated our key cards so we had to go to them to see what was going on and they said they put us in the wrong room because we have dogs so we have to pack up and move rooms then next day was deactivated AGAIN so we went to see what was the issue and that’s when they accused us but 1. We told them when we checked in & 2. They moved us due to having the dogs so how were we hiding them from them? Well also they kicked us out for leaving them unattended because we were apartment/house hunting because we just moved here due to military. No one ever informed us of this rule and they gave no grace. 0/10 hate this place
