Excellent breakfast options with made to order omelet station. Also have hot and continental breakfast choices. Attentive and great many staffs, including the gentleman that was going around to pick up plates. The afternoon ‘manager event’ was a nice gesture and was appreciated, but the beer tasted old and flat.

The A/C was broken on one of the hottest days of the week. They didn’t give us any heads up so we could switch to a different hotel. I’ve got three kids and it was difficult for them. One elevator was out of commission and another one was partially broken. The door would open and close randomly. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel.

No AC! Was horrible for my family’s everyone did not sleep!

No air conditioning it was miserable

The whole hotel AC system was down and they did not fix it. We stayed on Sat and checked out on Sun. They said it would not be fixed until Monday. The room was hot. We could not open the window due to they don’t have screen on the window and it can only open 5 inches. The room was 90 degrees and was so hard to breath and sleep. The hotel is very old and dirty…. Will not come back.

The hotel was not very honest. We were told at the check in that the entire hotel ac is down, it’s not an big issue in Seattle but at least tell us in advance so we can make arrangements rather than tell us when we arrive. I will not recommend this hotel.

Ruined our plans with broken AC had people coming from all over and it was too late to change accommodation on top of that they are refusing to offer any compensation

There is no Air conditioner working in the entire hotel. Hence i have to move to another hotel hampton Inn and Suites that night with my family members. Informed the same to both expedia and when expedia spoke to hotel management, they confirmed the same and agreed to refund the entire amount. Please initiate a refund request for my booking to Embassy Suites by Hilton North Lynwood.

I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Bedrooms: even the most standard room has a separate bedroom. The ac wasn’t working but we are barely in the room so it was fine. A fan was provided. Bathroom: standard. Our tub was completely clogged and they sent a maintenance person within 5min and he fixed it in 10min. It was so fast. Pool: keep in mind it’s salt water. More of a leisure pool and it’s never too busy which is great. Hot tub: not crazy hot but hot enough. The jets didn’t work on our last two visits. Staff: top notch. Everyone is wonderful. Location: excellent, close to everything.

The air conditioning was out in the hotel which we were not made aware until we were there checking in. They told us they would give us a refund for the room if we wanted to stay somewhere else but we had no time to find a new hotel since we were already running late for an event. They told us they would at least bring us fans which they did not. It was miserable. The room was very out dated. Chairs and couch way past the replacement age and had stains. Bedding was even torn. The parking lot was a little sketchy looking also. The gentleman cleaning the eating area in the morning was super friendly Won’t stay here again
