Wonderful hotel.

Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare.

Good property, clean, airy feel, staff trying their best but ITC/Marriot need to provide more training at all levels.

Just wow! Location and safety, staff professionalism and service, breakfast (!), and atmosphere were great. I like to visit again with the family.

Great hospitality overall! Always will come back.

Extending the stay logistics was inefficient and not in favour of guests

When I checked in they put me in a smoking floor. The rooms were stinking of tobacco, while the guy checking in told me that it was clean and there will not be any smell. He says that it is fully booked , no other rooms available. Then they tried to find me another room in the same floor that was equally bad. Finally when I asked to see the duty manager and insisted I would leave they magically found me a room. That is pathetic considering we pay such huge amounts for the room, and this is not the expected level of service.

We were very pleased with the staff, breakfast quality, the ambience and the eco-friendliness of the hotel. Congratulations on a well-run place.
