Great service, place is outdated, but still provides necessary comfort and amenities. Room was cramped, but the peace and quiet provides great reinvigoration if your planning on resting for the day!

I stayed here for 8 days on business. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were kept very clean and were quite comfortable for the price. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed 1980’s style.

Very outdated. Beds very low to the floor

Clean hotel fairly close to activities and Sasebo Naval station.

Property is little old.

Really easy too book and Very nice personal working on the property.

Really hard beds, good for some not for all.

I especially appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at the front. I had read very critical reports, and almost didn't book with them. My experience was very different. This time, I stayed 3 nights. Hereafter, this hotel will be my first choice when I have future work in Sasebo. I did not try the morning breakfast this time, but will next time. I am an American, 89 years old, and somewhat handicapped. Without being asked, the staff reached out to help many times. While I am fluent in Japanese, they seemed ready to use English.
