직원의 대응이 짧은 단답의 대화와 고객에 대한 접객이 소극적이고 아파호텔의 시그니쳐인 대중탕이 없고 규모가 너무 작아 추천하지않음

Good hotel close to rail station. Staff were very helpful. The room was quite small but efficient. Area has many restaurants.

While the property is a little dated, the rooms are clean. I booked a total of 3 rooms for my family for a 2-night stay and we got the corner units where the rooms were very spacious. The location is very close to Niigata Station which makes it easy for sightseeing whether you are traveling by trains or buses. There are also lots of restaurants and convenient stores in the area so you will not have problems finding a place to fill your belly. :)

Nice quiet hotel. Quite spacious compared to the standard Japanese hotel size. We had a twin room.

Good area. Excellent customer service. Close to station.

good hospitality, clean room, very close to Niigata station and good price

Our stay at APA Hotel Niigata was pretty similar to previous experiences at other APA Hotels: Clean rooms, brisk service, great amenities for the price. The room was a little larger than expected, especially given the location of the hotel (very close to the station, less than 5min walk). The air-conditioning worked well in the winter, and there was a large TV in the room as well. No complaints, would recommend if you need a convenient stay.

Was pretty decent, huge room!

Excellent localization, mattress too soft. Reception not so friendly.
