The room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Some issues were being unable to enter through the backdoor and having to do a long circle around to the courtyard each time. Also trying to call a specific elevator because the other one didn't go to my floor.

Everything was fantastic with the room, staff and amenities. My only complaint was the instant coffee in the room amenities, though the free complimentary beers made up for it. Though real coffee would be appreciated. Thank you for the stay.
