Clean comfortable apartment overall. Sofa bed in living area horrendous. Absolutely no support for any adult using the worn out mattress. Poor sleep and no comfort all night for me. Enjoyed our breakfast and walking distance for fit able people to go exploring or walk to closest local bus transport. Would stay again if not having to use a sofa bed.

Loved the unit had everything I needed. Nice view, great pool and rooftop bar, plus excellent parking.

Lovely helpful staff, walking distance to town, but long way to supermarket. Self contained, great balcony, 360° bar was good to watch sunset, drinks expensive though and minimal basic food available

The late check in was easy. The night porter checked us in. We even had a free drink to take to our room. The room was very big with everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable. We even had sports and film channels on TV. The roof top bar had amazing views. We watched the sun go down while drinking a cocktail. They even had free food for people who bought a drink. All in all a great stay in Darwin.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apartment at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the apartment included laundry facilities, so it was disappointing that the washing machine in my room was already damaged prior to my stay and had not been replaced before check-in. Reception did kindly offer to do my laundry, which I appreciated, but I didn’t end up using the service as there were only 2 lifts servicing the entire building, making trips up and down during peak times quite frustrating due to the long waits and also because of my tight schedule and reception is not 24/7. On a positive note, the rooftop bar was lovely with a great atmosphere. Overall, a decent stay with a few inconveniences.

For what we paid it wasn't good at all.

- Bed was wobbly, uncomfortable, and felt small for what it was supposed to be - the credit for breakfast was the price of most menu items, which would be fine if it included coffee. But it doesn't. Only includes hot water and instant (unfiltered) coffee. You have to pay extra for each cup of real coffee. This is deceptive and dishonest advertising. - Soundproofing is minimal and we could hear noise from the hallway all night. We left two non-refundable days early and will never return.

Great location, old facilities like the rest of Darwin, room servicing is the only negative.
