Nice hotel with clean rooms, good location, helpful staff. Breakfast was dismal, like if it is free it is STILL almost worth going somewhere else. Coffee was nice :P but the food selection was sparse and the quality v poor. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, rooms are good, clean, spacious. Water takes a while to warm up in the bungalows as it travels a long way. Close to beach and all the Kuta things. Still takes some time from the airport due to tiny back roads and traffic. Recommended but grab (pun!!) breakfast somewhere else.

Avoid the spa at all cost! The hotel itself was very good, as was the hotel staff. The spa, however, was a completely different experience. I treated myself to my 1st ever "hot stone massage". What was supposed to be a relaxing experience left me with severe burns on both legs. These burns blistered and burst overnight and eventually became infected. I am now unable to swim or partake in any water ceremony for the remainder of my vacation. Please take this as a warning. The hotels response was a basic "sorry this happened " and then still charged for the spa service! The hotel...good. The spa....not good and very dangerous

Everything was fantastic. Lovely staff, superbly clean room and maintained premises. Very good buffet breakfast, even provide Vegemite for Australian guests. Could not complain about anything. Right in the heart of Kuta, 1 min walk to beach, 2 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe, shops , restaurants and shopping centre a stones throw away 10/10

Affordable accommodation a very short walk from the beach. Family room was affordable & well presented. Grounds were immaculate. Staff were warm & friendly. Would definitely stay again for the same price. We paid $185AU per night for a two bedroom family bungalow.

I stay here every time I come this year I’m booked in 3 times so if it wasn’t excellent I wouldn’t stay I love it shopping close by and great restaurants and breakfast is really good with a large variety of food and the pool area is great with 2 pools love love love it

It was great

The room we were first shown was not the room type I was paying for. When we said this is not what we are paying for and want another room, we were told all room's are sold out. So we were going to leave and as if bye magic they found the room we booked. After that everything was wonderfull and the staff were great. Breakfast was lovely. It is a bit run down and really needs new beds but very clean and in a great spot.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet and eggs made to order was a real treat. It featured a large variety to choose from. The best part of my stay was the staff. They were over the top amazing from the servers, the spa, the front desk, the house keepers and everyone I encountered while walking through the property. Every single person anticipated my needs and made sure I was taken care of in every way possible. There were so many hotels and resorts to choose from and I believe I chose the absolute best. When I come back to Bali I will stay here again! Thank you to everyone who played a part in my stay in Bali! I am forever grateful 🙏
