High quality for the price. Room is somewhat bigger than “business hotel.” The drink bar is appreciated.

It was a pleasant enough stay despite a terribly uncomfortable mattress and lack of extra pillows. But the stay took a turn for unpleasant when confronted by extremely rude staff at checkout. Not sure if I would ever come back given the amount of options in Fukuyama ...

Didn’t dislike anything in terms of property

This property is just opposite station and castle. Brand new hotel. Room was nice but a bit small. Breakfast was excellent in pleasant surroundings. Staff were very friendly. Very clean. Close to lots of eating area.

Brand new property, inaugurated Mar 2019. Well located near the bus and train stations. Walking distance to the Fukuyama castle. Small but well appointed room. Decent breakfast with enough vegetarian options. Lots of shopping and food in the vicinity. The only thing I would note is to make sure you call ahead and say you need the non-smoking room. There are lots of smoking rooms and the hotel tends to get full.

New hotel close to station rooms are smaller but very well appointed with a city view.

From my checking to my departure I cannot fault this hotel. The location is excellent to buses and trains and only a five minute walk to the castle. Breakfast is worth it it is only ¥1000 and there is plenty to eat. My room was immaculate and clean for the full five days I was there. This hotel is an exceptional hotel

Excellent hotel location with shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The modern room is spotlessly clean.

Great and clean hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Able to help us finding places and great night sleep.

Great location right next to the station. Grocery store and convenience stores downstairs were great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Fukuyama castle also in walking distance. Great service from front desk staff and washing machines available which was great for traveling with children. Reasonable pricing would stay again for sure.
