低於平均 A hotel which is desperately in need of some investment. The staff were helpful and do try to keep it clean but you can’t get past how old it feels and looks (like going back in time to an 1980’s hotel in Spain which they are just applying plasters to in 2026).
The cost is another conversion - this isn’t a Marriot style/level hotel although marketed as one!!

很好 Our stay was extremely good, accomodation, food and staff is amazing.
Only problem, and a big one, is a lady called Anna, she is an Assistant Manager.
She was extremly rude to me and my fammily.
Other staff members confidentially said to me that she is like that many times, not only with guests but with them as well.

No internet for the whole duration. Continuing repair of the sewage next to my room with bad smell and noise even until 8pm. Confused staff, they called me 1am for wake-up while they supposed to call the next night and hung up without even a simple apology and many other things..
