My room was never cleaned in the 3 nights. I mentioned this on the second afternoon and again it was not cleaned the next day. I was in Brisbane for work so all I needed was a clean room to sleep in when I got back.

Our stay was perfect before catching an early flight. One comment was the bathroom could do with an upgrade. Other than that our stay was great.

I would stay again. Shops are close by which is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. .

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the poor standard of cleanliness. The bathroom was very dirty, with grime on the floor and up the shower walls. The single bed had dirty wheel marks across the mattress, possibly from someone’s suitcase, so I couldn’t let my son sleep in it. To make matters worse, there was a half-drunk bottle of milk left in the fridge from a previous guest, which raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned at all. Considering we paid $220 for just one night, we expected a much higher standard. We raised these issues with reception, but there was no offer to clean the room, move us, or provide any compensation.

Good value, clean, comfortable hotel

It is a clean motel, but it is not a four-star hotel as advertised. The location is situated on a busy road so it will be difficult to have a good night sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.
