Located very close to Historic District I found Grocery, Dining and Hwy access extremely convenient till late evening.

Not all of the rooms have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. You don't know this until you get there. If you want a refrigerator or microwave, I recommend calling ahead. I

Very clean room, which was my primary concern, especially with budget hotels. However, we found the staff to be unhelpful and a bit rude. The “continental breakfast” is just granola bars and some bananas, nothing hot. So don’t expect much. Like I said, though, the room was clean!

Neighbors were noisy outside late night and early morning. Otherwise no complaints.

Building is older but clean.

Staff was friendly, but the place is run down and feels dicey. I had to leave the wall unit air all night as it did not feel safe to leave a window open. The pool area had pad locks on it - they opened it, but the delay prevented me from using it due to time. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Someone put a serious door ding in my rental car. I was looking to save some money, but won't make that mistake again - you get what you pay for.

The only downside for me is that the air conditioner is very old, and the showerhead in the bathroom needs to be a handheld one with a hose
