極佳 The room we upgraded to was really nice with great amenities. The front desk person was very friendly and offered us a decent price to upgrade our room. Our experience at the one of bars/restaurant was less than impressive, though. The bartender seemed entirely unenthusiastic about being there and it showed in his service. However, I’m finding bad service all over the Lake Tahoe area to be the norm now. All things considered we would stay here again because of the location when we want to enjoy Stateline amenities.

極佳 We had a wonderful stay at Harrah's Lake Tahoe. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. If you're planning a trip to Lake Tahoe, I definitely recommend staying here. The combination of great hospitality and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable experience.
