The hotel was under construction (the building next door) so it was hard to find. The lobby was kind of dingy as well. They did let us check in early which was helpful. The room was newly renovated and clean, but there was no cleaning in the morning. Also, there was only a plugged in floor lamp for light in the hallway and it was off half of our visit. The paid breakfast is not worth the value. Also, on weekends it doesn’t open until 7;00 the second day we didn’t even get our breakfast. The hotel could not refund because we booked with Expedia.

Convenient to the airport and reasonably priced was the big draw. It seemed to be undergoing some sort of upgrading in June, '26 and the signage was not terribly visible. Restaurants were nearby, and in the neighboring hotel. We left before breakfast was served and they prepared a couple of to-go boxes for us; nice.

Highlights: complimentary airport shuttle, 15 minutes. Complimentary drink tickets upon check in. Didn’t hear airplane noise. Comfy bed. Helpful staff!

Excellent Airport Shuttle Service. Excellent Front Desk Staff. All very personal and professional Gentlemen. Every One of Them. Very attractive restaurant, lounge, bar, and seating areas ; shared between the two Complexes ( BW / Bastion).

We stayed in a non-smoking room. However, smoking room are very close by because we can smell them from the washrooms vent. Low staffs, took a long time to get help.

Even there is construction going on beside the hotel, we don't see any effects to the hotel. Hotel is clean, well maintained, staffs are helpful and the best is the bus transportation from the Schiphol to the hotel and vice-versa every 30 minutes. The other one is Mcdonald restaurant close by. We always stay in this hotel when we visit Amsterdam and definitely we will continue to do so.

Wonderful I will back next time

Near de airport and transfer service.

nice quiet room but sparse on amenities, ie. no facial tissue, worn out bed pillows only 1 each. Not to my standards of a Best Western plus hotel

Convenient location near the airport, with free shuttle. Good dinner in adjacent restaurant.
