Arrived at this place for check in and they didn’t have a record of my reservation and I was told they were full. Basically told too bad. No assistance offered in any way. I showed them my confirmation and receipt proving my booking and payment but they still didn’t care. Asked to speak to manager but they wouldn’t even come and speak to me. Can’t comment on rooms as I didn’t get to see one. Can I suggest reading other travellers reviews. If they don’t care about messing up a reservation one can only imagine what else they don’t care about.

The staff provided excellent assistance. However, the shower taps were not functioning correctly, resulting in water temperatures that were either excessively hot or cold. Additionally, there were no clothes hangers provided in the room.

Property needs to be refurbished,

Comfortable bed, quiet and good staff. Central and easy to get to where you have to go to

I recently stayed here with my daughter from 15–17 May 2026 in Room 219 (Family Queen with 2 Single Beds), booked through Expedia at a total cost of $462.54. The property advertised the rooms as being recently refurbished. While the room appeared clean and tidy on arrival, there were numerous maintenance and safety issues that significantly impacted our stay. The issues included: • Bathroom sink light not working • Leaking S-bend under the sink causing water to spill onto the floor whenever the sink was used • Extremely poor shower pressure, with water running directly onto the bath taps instead of spraying properly from the showerhead • Bathroom floor becoming dangerously slippery after showering — I nearly fell stepping out of the bath even while using the floor mat provided • Toilet flush button continually sticking, causing the toilet water to keep running • Bathroom door difficult to close, with the door stop hanging off • Towel rack pulling away from the wall • Curtains could not be opened during the day because sheer curtains were missing, meaning people from the golf course could see directly into the room • Television would not work • Kettle contained mould or residue and could not be used Unfortunately, the accommodation did not provide the quality, comfort, or facilities that were advertised or reasonably expected for the price charged. After numerous emails to the golf course all they are prepared to do is offer a 15% discount on our next stay, Not recommended

The view of the golf course from the window created a very nice atmosphere. Simple cooking is possible, but having running water would make the stay even more comfortable.

Toilet ran out of toilet paper, and the spare rolls under the sink were completely soaked from water, don't know where the water was coming from. The bathroom ledge was completely covered in dead flying insects, and the couch was like sitting in concrete. All night all you could hear was banging doors, as all door entries would slam shut. Sliding glass door to the balcony was absolutely filthy from dirt that hadn't been cleaned in months.

As we had a late check-in, staff arranged the key after a phone call, and even left directions to the room on the envelope which was super helpful. The room we were in was an older property that had seen a few updates so it was a mix of old and new features. Large doorless shower didn’t spill onto the bathroom floor which is gold star worthy ⭐️. Tiled floor throughout meant that bare feet weren’t the best and when the dining chairs were moved it was VERY loud, from the upstairs guests too. The back door on the ground floor unit meant we could easily park our push bikes overnight (venue is right in the bike path).

There’s no food served here, and none at the golf club next door, so either drive somewhere or order in. The rooms are not exactly soundproof either. The shower water changes temperature every 30 seconds and they need to fix that. Not sure it’s worth the $220 a night.
