Coffee machine was not very customer friendly.

All staff polite and helpful, although they need more staff , front main doors could do with being automatic as its hard to push while carting your luggage through, meals were good ( can recommend omelette) . Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff regardless of how busy they were

The concierge was obviously bored and uninterested in guests. Check in was slow. The cooked breakfast items were not very good. The price of a cooked breakfast was very high. Room clean and tidy. Bath slippy. Definitely needed the bath mat

The staff were brilliant, they were friendly and really helpful with our room request. The room was very clean, amd the aircon was a godsend at a time of a May heatwave! The restaurant area was clean, well staffed and the hot food on the dinner menu was very good. Would stay again and would recommend
