Paid dog fee but hairs on the bed apparently cost your deposit (75$) and an additional 75$ for "damages". Ripoff for the mediocre room that the toilet didn't even flush correctly.

I booked into a room and the room was great until we tried to use the shower. The lever was broken. We were switched to another room down the hall to accommodate us. My wife entered 1st and was going to move the covers to lay our kids down and a big roach came out. My wife said lets get out of here. i went to the front desk and told them my experience and showed them the picture of the roach on the bed. We left.

Never again

We checked in and this site has only 1elevator for 4 floors. The worst part is that we got stuck in this elevator for 15 minutes. When the door opened we were stuck between floors. I had to climb out as a handicapped and lift our luggage out. Thought we could get compensated for this but no. We switched rooms to the first floor but had to take stairs ( one by one for me). The breakfast was so crowded that both days we were there could not get through for something decent. Tables were dirty! No one was there to keep them wiped off. Juices were watered down scraps of food were in the servers. And there should have been plenty of time to get food. Music from the lobby was so loud at 3:30 am it was still loud. Tge next day we asked them to turn down. I dont think this will be our best place of stay again.!

Hola ya es la 2 vez que me hospedo pero si debo decir algo la iluminación de la habitación no es buena y el TV no sirvió y no hicieron aseo en la habitación
