Air conditioner wasn’t working,

A bit dusty, it was a great stay

Staff was friendly and helpful in directions and sites to visits . Hotel very accessible to shops and restaurant .

Great location right at the top of Gran Via and next to metro stop. We had an enormous balcony room that extended the length of the Gran Via side of the hotel. It was larger than some apartments, which felt grand. But the chairs and chaise lounge were covered in stains, which was a real downer and made it feel less luxurious than it otherwise could have. The room itself was clean and tidy, as was the bed, so overall it was an excellent stay. The views over the city were wonderful and the staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is fine but we ended up skipping it half the time in favor of variety elsewhere.

Shops nearby, the room was very spacious.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Muy céntrico y personal amable

Ok room, comfy bed, balcony to the dumpster, the definition of premium, kind of sad… Besides that service was good and the breakfast was ok.
