The staff were very nice and helpful

Every thing are good

Overall space was good and with a fresh design. Have bathroom had black mould in shower along grouting. In need of a deep clean.

There was no upkeep, no fresh towels or tea and coffee replaced. On thr 3rd night i asked them to replace our coffee... they left new coffee sachets but also left the dirty mugs! Didnt leave us anything clean.

Beliner Tor area is being re-constructed so the roads are all dug up and it is very messy and confusing for tourist.

I recently spent my holiday at a hotel near Berliner Tor in Hamburg, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is one of the biggest advantages — just a short walk from the U-Bahn station, making it incredibly easy to reach the city center, the harbor, and other major attractions. Despite being well-connected, the area itself felt calm and safe. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, with all the essentials provided. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Service was friendly and efficient. The staff at reception were helpful with directions and recommendations, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Overall, I’d happily recommend staying near Berliner Tor in Hamburg for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good value. I’d gladly stay again on my next trip to the city.

Clean room, very good access to train station, only thing that let the hotel down slightly was the lack of vending machine/food & drinks when coming in later on an evening

The hotel itself is fairly standard, decent rooms and clean, however, the bathroom constantly had an odor of raw sewage coming through the drains, the staff were not so friendly nor helpful. We came in at checkin time and were told we had to wait to check in until all the people arriving on a tour us were checked in, yet none of the people had disembarked the bus that had just pulled up to the front. The location is very drab. There is a lot of roadworks in the area, making it difficult to get to from the train stop, and there is nothing in the area in terms of restaurants or shops. Not even a supermarket or kiosk. We will not stay here again, better to pay more and be more central

Very professional. Dinner was not great. Pizza no flavor and pasta also not great. Not the best meal so far.
