不錯 We stayed one night at this place. We need some extra blankets and the front desk could not help because they run out of blankets. The heating and cooling system was not functioning properly either. And the shower was not working very good as well. I believe they need to start fixing the deferred maintenance.

極佳 Best hotel I have stayed at. Staff was so amazing and friendly. Very professional when a guest was being so rude to her. Never stopped smiling and was trying hard to help her.

不錯 Overnight parking is easily accessible for a fee. Due to the high guest turnover, the room was clean but showed signs of wear. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and an omelet bar that was a nice touch.
The only downside, which was no fault of the hotel, was that the walls seemed quite thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations, and the noise kept us awake until we eventually called the front desk. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

不錯 There are stains on the sofa bedsheet. Ask for change and wait for 2 hours, have to go to the front desk in person for one. When checking in, the front desk is not very professional. Otherwise is good. The breakfast is great.

很好 Room with King bed was spacious. Parking was easy. Pool and hot tub were good and somewhat clean (on weekend, water wasn’t too clear, however they cleaned it by Tuesday). Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties. I feel hotel is a bit short on staff. There was one girl (with nose pierce) that was loading up all the breakfast items and cleaning and refilling dishes. She’s amazing ! She was smiling all the while doing all the work! very hard working.
