Overall, the room seemed clean, but the floor was dirty. Good breakfast, as is typically of HIE. The shuttle didn't come to the airport, so, I hopped a ride for a tip with another that was going by my hotel. The site says they have 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport. So, not bad, but room for improvement.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable, good lighting for work at the desk. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. The airport shuttle was very convenient as we took it multiple times to get to the MARTA station and then to the World Cup Fanfest and Mercedes Benz stadium.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast but staff needs to work on replacing food as it gets low. They ran out of eggs by 8:00 a.m. Loved they had airport shuttle. Restaurants walking distance. Very close to the airport but a quiet secure location.

Staff was extremely helpful. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we checked in without our luggage. Staff provided us with all necessities.

Our first room didn't have a working fridge. The second room's bathroom floor was dirty with hair everywhere. When asked to get it cleaned, we were offered to move to yet another room. We refused as we had 8 luggages and were tired from traveling.

The shower was not usable. Filled with nasty funk when turned on immediately. The floor was disgusting. The room was half cleaned.
Very disappointed. When the issues were brought to the attention of the staff they acted like it was no big deal.

6 travelers only 2 towels, front desk was only to give us one more, no hot water, and elevators seemed to not be working!
