Generally ok but giving it 1 star because the cleaning staff left our door wide open in the middle of the day. We were out shopping for the day only to come back to an open room and no cleaning staff in sight. Suggest if you are unwise enough to stay here you should keep valuables in car.

Could use some upkeep, painting, etc. surface of bathtub very slippery, no safety bars, towels quite thin, breakfast was OK. Overall I would not consider staying at a BW.

Amazing hotel! We loved the pool, breakfast, and the well maintained property, especially the garden areas. So lovely.

Good breakfast room was dirty but other then that was good

Staff was great offered an early check in at a very reasonable price. Very helpful! Lots of amenities near by in walking distance.

I liked the clean room. Breakfast was good too. Unfortunately, for me I paid for a king size bed, but when I checked in I was told that I was being upgraded to two queen size beds. That was not an upgrade, but a downgrade. Also, I can't walk without assistance due to a knee issue and our room was in a separate building from lobby and no elevator so a wet, rainy extra long walk made it very difficult for me.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and overall good experience.

Amazing stay at Bestwestern in Burnaby,amazing staff excellent breakfast and perfectly cool rooms as well as the heated pool was lovely to dive in and felt very safe and relaxed a perfect place to be in with clean rooms all amenities wow felt so happy and comfortable
