Convenient location. House cleaners were respectful

Great location, but the room was very dirty. When we arrived, trash was still in the bathroom from the previous guest. The carpet was so dirty. I felt like our sheets were clean. I like the location, but the rooms were very small and just did not seem clean.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! There is NO AC (don’t be fooled by incorrect filter results and confusing reviews that reference AC. We had booked this hotel, and as the now infamous, deadly heatwave of June 2026 approached I had to book another hotel that had AC because my daughter has a medical condition and depends off n medication that cannot be kept above 77 degrees, which was the low temp for the days we’d be staying there. We explained this situation and they refused to issue a refund despite these extenuating circumstances that have never occurred throughout history before. They will also try to con you into paying for their taxi service from the airport for 90 euros even though the government caps the flat rate at 56 euros. The people that run this establishment are not honest and are not worthy of anyone’s business.

Older hotel in great location. Picked the hottest day to stay with no a/c. Carpet was worn. Served the purpose for one night.

Great location in Marais, convenient to many attractions on foot or via Metro. Great, helpful, English speaking staff. Room photos on-line show light filled, traditional decor. Mine was tiny, a window onto a light shaft, water dripping from shower ceiling with failing plaster and strong mildew smell. Ikea quality, cheap furniture, cracked sink, laminate floor. Good daily housekeeping. No signs or advice about the 15 euro cold breakfast buffet in the sub basement. It's NOT included in the room. Great bakery around the corner, off the plaza to the west. Lounge furniture and carpets are past needing refreshing. Somebody is milking this property. I would not stay here again. No central heat. No AC. It was 90F while I was there. Miserable.

Probably one of the worst hotel stays of my life, and I stayed in hotels in Detroit USA less gross and sketchy. There were bugs everywhere dead and alive. The room we stayed in must not have been used for a long time because the hot water spicket in the shower was completely stuck. When we called hotel staff to come fix it they were rude. I also heard them be rude to other guests as well. This stay was absolutely not worth the price. Only positive was the shopping and restaurants around the corner which has nothing to with the hotel other than being nearby.

Services were excellent. The breakfast good. Conceige were brilliant very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were only too pleased to help.The location was central to everything.

Highly recommend the breakfast option. Room was clean and located in the center of activity. Staff were very kind and helpful. Located within 3 blocks of about 50 restaurants and shops. Bus 69 can take you to the main visitor sites and it stops just a block from the hotel.
