Talvez sirve solo para estar de paso, sin equipaje. Ascensor diminuto, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, habitación estrecha, hasta el agua solo es para el primer día

Una botella de agua solo por la primera noche de alojamiento, pasamos tres, si querías agua, compra en tiendas alrededor, porque no puedes comprar en el comedor porque cierran pronto. Muy estrecho todo, toallas viejas y si querías una almohada o necesitabas algo, tienes que bajar a recepción Está bien ubicado es lo único que puedo indicar de positivo

The best staff always helpful and kind

The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms were awkwardly laid out. Bathroom sink countertop had no space for toiletries. Very little storage. One bureau with no door or drawers. One side of the bed had only a decorative wooden stump as a sidetable. (?!)

The hotel was clean very nice personal, they received you with a really nice green apple a very famous Lisboa pastel de nata, they normally keep them most of the day at the reception. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it was a little far from all the attractions in the city center.

A kettle is supplied but a bit pointless without mugs or tea/coffee facilities. This would be a good addition.

We had a particularly small room but it was fine for the two of us and close to the center of everything that it was walkable and close to bus stops and metro. Breakfast was ok but would recommend to find another place. I do like it was 24 hours service since we were coming in late from a plane delay but overall, I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

All staff helpful and pleasant. Restaurant staff outstanding in service provided. Recommend cheese and meat platter. Location excellent and bed comfortable
