Beautiful property...there is a lot of construction going on around the property, which makes for some less than ideal eye-sores (not the hotels fault) and noise. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Hotel is in a good location for walking into town. Quiet. Old property with cheaply done work to try to update a bit. Have stayed before but will not come back. Breakfast wasn’t good any longer and for the price I would rather pay more and get a. Better quality offering. They even need new towels here. Just tired.

We enjoyed the stay!

Very poor service. No changing linings or cleaning the floor everyday even when it was requested. Saw hair everywhere coming back to the room at night. They didn’t even dump the organics garbage which is inside the room daily which is unacceptable. I got assigned with a room that’s on the first floor and requires going upstairs, which is so inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage. Breakfast was very simple and had not much selection.

Lovely hotel in a great spot to enjoy Victoria. Staff were really helpful and everything was presented as advertised.

Clean building well maintained and great food and staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable. Our suite had kitchenette, if you are planning to cook something particular bring cooking utensils , tongs, kitchen scissors , small knife and pasta strainer if you need one ! Staff were all beey friendly. We enjoyed our three night stay.
