極佳 The private beach is truly superior. A classic Key West resort perfectly located and very quiet.

不錯 This was our first time staying at the Pier House. We stay in Key West every July for the past 27 years. We have been staying at The Galleon for the past 10 years and decided to try something different. Disappointing is an understatement. The entire property is in desperate need of a renovation. Deferred maintenance was noticeable everywhere you looked. The room decor was tired and worn. The bed and pillows were good though. The AC in our Spa Suite sounded like a jet taking off when it came on. Our friends had to switch rooms due to a bad smell. For the positives, the grounds are lush and tropical. The beach was nice and the pool and spa were clean. The Chart Room bar was a great time during happy hour. The staff were always friendly and professional. There is much better bang for the buck in Key West right now. I'd wait for them to renovate before I go back.

極佳 Everything was excellent. Staff very helpful. Location couldn't be better. Beach and pool convenient and had towels a plenty. Good food at the restaurant too. Will stay again!

很好 I was informed that to get a late checkout time (2:00 pm) that it would cost an extra $100.. which was fine with me
Upon checking out, I received the itemized expenses of my stay and I was in fact actually charged $200 for my late checkout… unacceptable.
