Great customer service, hotel clean bed very comfy only problem I had was the tv didn’t work. Customers shouldn’t have to call and ask for help to get it to work properly I couldn’t get not one channel or even log into my own Netflix account.

極佳 Our room was clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is good. Walking distance to Ford field!! Nice bars close by also.

I was charged $55 for parking and was not told that parking was not included. They also told me that breakfast was complementary but it wasn’t you had to pay for that. There was two waters in the room. I thought was complementary but they charge the room three dollars if you drink it.
