Great location but it's a bit dated. Fixtures and fittings could do with a refresh. No air con in the rooms, which was highlighted at booking, but in the summer it got VERY hot and the fan provided in the room did not work. A replacement came but was partially broken. The sofa bed was very old and not comfortable to sleep in at all. This hotel could do with a bit more money being spent on the rooms to upgrade them.

I dint like anything about this place. First of all they charged us 300 per night not even worth it. The room was dirty no vacuumed the couch has so much pet hairs and when we converted to bed there were tissues in there we tried cleaning it so my son can sleep but later he started sneezing and itching with red bumps
We went to front desk and complained she us like we are fully booked we can offer u cleaning but nothing else my question is you dint cleaned before? And if u did is the the same cleaning u will give me I asked for manager she said he is not here I asked her for refund she said no refund . We left that place and was stressed where we gonna find another place to sleep. I would not recommend any one to stay here. I told the front desk I dnt wanna put a bad review she said its ok even if u do bad reputation for the company

The hotel is a little bit old but every thing is very clean. The area is very quiet. The restaurant is very good.

Loftroom was cool and the bed was comfy. Room maybe hadn't been used in a while as it was quite dusty which was not helpful when you have to use fans cause there is no AC. Bedside tables were sticky. Pool and hot tub were good but breakfast was not worth the price

Room is very large, perfect for a family. The kids loved the loft with the beds and their own TV. Pool and hot tub were good and a great size. Walking distance to everything will definitely come back.

Hotel is at the top of the town but is a short walk to down town where there are lots of lovely shops, restaurants and bars. Room was immaculately clean and was nice to have a separate living room area and kitchen however we didn’t use it as we were out and about most of the time. Has a pool however never had a chance to use it. There is a coffee shop not far from the hotel called the crazy Elk and would recommend their croissants, was a handy spot to pick something up quick before our tour.
