Great property def will be using it often

The staff were amazing!

Great place away from home!

Great stay! Shuttle is very convince and is in a great location.5 mins away from the Kia Center(in the car). You could actually walk if it wasn’t so hot lol Maybe the hotel can add a towel rack in the bathroom for better usage especially when your staying a few days!

We stayed here for the Mantle Conference (check out Joshua Giles if you're unfamiliar).Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The shuttle bus drivers, especially Raymond, were great. I appreciate the hotel offering two round the clock shuttles to transport us to and from the Kia Center for our conference. The daily fruit infused water was a nice added touch. Our rooms were made daily and Maria, the housekeeper, did great cleaning. The elevators are fast and it's great that they have 3 I hope to stay here again at next year's conference!

Not far maybe 7 minutes from the Kia Center. Beautiful lobby. Friendly front desk staff & especially the restaurant staff. They make the best Denver omelette. Fast service so you can catch the free shuttle bus right outside the front door. The view outside my patio window was this huge lake. Also the linens and towels were crisp white. Meticulous cleaning of the rooms. Super comfy. I’ll be back!!!!!

Clean room

Bad . At the midnight I’ve approached to a front desk to request a wake-up call in the early morning and the guy who was on a night shift - said it is alright. I asked if he knows my room number , or he can tell by my face . His response was rude - “ok give me your room number” , like i was forcing him to do his job. In the end there was no any wake-up call done and I almost missed my flight . I think this is disgusting attitude and poor performance from the receptionist.

Great hotel! Will book again

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.
