Overall the property is rundown. Its an old corporate hotel that was sold to private person/group. They dont/didnt have enough to rehab the property so its in awful shape. My room had a peeling cardboard ceiling, peeling wallpaper, painted doors are rusty & peeling. Bathroom was no better, mold under the mat, black marks all over tub, carpet was feeling wet & moldy, furniture is old and all scratched. Will never recommend or stay again!

Horrendous property roaches and dirt do NOT stay here and Expedia is useless when it comes to help condescending agents.

Toilet seat broken. Door lock chain didn't reach to latch. Dead bugs on the wall and flying bugs in the room. Near airport but no transportation. Brown bag breakfast

The room #228 was gross! Roaches and water damage. We literally didn’t complain because we were so tired we slept fully clothed on top of the sheets and sat on a nasty towel that looked like they had cleaned something before with it. The chair and the desk chair both were covered in stains. The shower was nasty I wouldn’t even shower. The room smelled clean but we was fooled. Nothing else was clean, even the comforter had holes in it . If you would like to see pictures I have them Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, so glad it was just my husband and I because I would have been extremely embarrassed if my mother in law would have had to sleep in those conditions

TV remote didn’t work and key card worked sporadically.

The room had roaches, the furniture was not well maintained, the mattress was filthy. The hallway and room smelled of smoke.

It was a fallback room for us because the place we booked was horrible .

Terrible stay will never stay again even it was free.

Bed bugs
