低於平均 Hotel was dark and unwelcoming. Staff were friendly, but hotel was horrible. Bottom floor and elevator was good but then when you walked into your floor it was dark, dirty and overall scary. The room was also nothing like the photos. There was damage everywhere, paint peeling, etc. there were stains on the walls, long curly black hairs everywhere. Honestly a nightmare.

很好 Bathroom door hinges were loose and door was hard to close. Closet door was off runner. Staff offered to move us to another room. The problems were fixed but then the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Staff were friendly, room was quiet.

不錯 The breakfast at the Gort Restaurant was really good and the atmosphere was nice. The Hotel it self is rundown and in need of TLC and upkeep. Okay place to stay if you want a room with a bed that has a good size TV, and a pool to splash in.

不錯 Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, The room was clean and spacious. Did not interact with other staff, or use the bar, restaurants or breakfast kitchen.
Mold in the shower. The third floor is hot, humid and reeks of chlorine. The third floor security door is very grimey, entry and exit doors somewhat grimey. The street/traffic noise is loud. Air conditioner was weak.

極佳 Staff was kind and friendly. Room was clean. Hallways were dingy and seemed dirty. Just an overall impression. Waĺlpaper was peeling in places too. Pool passkey lock was broken and the door was held open with a towel, weird. Some attention to accessibility ♿️ would be great.
We were comfortable, beds were cozy, houekeeping staff and restaurant staff were wonderful, truly. Our tub wasnt draining properly 😌 so it filled up during showers and became slippery. Its a slipping hazard. Rm 330, if you want to have someone take a look and fix it. The A/C was fantastic 👏. Thank you for a nice stay.

極佳 The property was perfect for us on our stay. It was close to the airport, and the St James dueling Piano bar was right across the street. The breakfast at the Gort restaurant was delicious and did not break the bank. The lobby bar was a great place to chill and have a drink while we waited for our friends or our Uber to show up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
