Everything was clean in line with Japanese standards.

Clean rooms, very good breakfast and great location.

Ioana, from the reception, was absolutely amazing- as well as the entire staff. What a great visit and wonderful feeling of joy! Great hotel!

Mr. Stefan at the front desk, who checked me in was very kind and welcoming! He made sure I had a quiet room, a breakfast package because I could not go to the breakfast buffet, and helped with everything! The best front desk staff! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Great, central location and very clean!

A very good international chain hotel, excellent location good breakfast and specious rooms

The service level was at the highest,Efficiency,friendly and professional level with the care of the front desk,and room service personnel Not 5 star but diamond level

The location is great: near Culture Palace, mall, beautiful restaurants area, places to eat, shop, museum. I chose it every time I come to Iaşi. The rooms are nice, a bit worn, but comfortable and clean. Missing a safe in the room, I think, is the only downside. Breakfast is good, and there is parking close by.

The property was in the heart of Laci City center, perfectly located (for the 1/2 marathon also)

Room was 28°c and Aircon would only pump out hot air. The tv had been replaced with a tiny one, and the shower head was broken so would not stay in position.
