不錯 Photos didnt accurately match the room condition. Bathroom was not very clean. Staff were friendly and polite.

低於平均 The property/hotel is not well managed and maintained. Lacking basic needs during our stay: no towels ( i have to asked), no soap, no landline to contact reception, toilet seat is not matching or too small.

The deck person was wonderful. The reservation did not show up on hotel.com but after some time she found it on Expedia very professional I arrived at 9:00 pm and was given very nice room.

My wife and I have stayed here for the Christmas holidays for 8 years and have had a great time each and every stay. It's walking distance from where we want to go and is surrounded by eateries with a large upscale shopping center a few minutes walk away.
