The room was in good condition, clean
Every day there was a service and, if necessary, towels and kitchen towels were changed, the bed linen was tightened.
The staff were friendly

Staff were lovely. Room was very noisy with furniture being moved in the room above us. First, occupants scraping chairs on the floor (dining table I presume) then cleaners in the morning moving furniture / beds to clean. No room service to apartments that you pay a hefty rate for. You have to go and pick up your meals yourselves. Wouldn't stay again for the price. Not value for money despite the reputation.
