The staff were really nice and the room were nice and clean. Also a nice quiet area.

An OKAY place. Walkable and convenient to the Heavenly Village area and the "beach." But while the rooms resemble the pictures online, as often happens reality is not as sparkling at the internet. The room was... fine; the bed just okay, and the sheets and pillows not great. Best thing about it was the shower. Would we stay here again? Eh, possibly.

I loved the atmosphere of this property. A cool boutique hotel with that whole Tahoe vibe. The lobby couch and a fire in the fireplace, add in a good book and relax or share a complimentary drink together. The outdoor fire pits, seating area, and corn hole that are ready to go. I especially enjoyed the pool and taking advantage of the spa after a sunset walk on the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and included all the amenities. The staff were kind and helpful. I wasn't able to make it to the restaurant next door but hope to in the future. My room was on the outside of the property and while I was concerned if it would be dark or noisy, that wasn't the case. Stateline and Heavenly are just up the road. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping services until after checkout and no mention is made of that upon checking in. We noticed it in small print on printed hotel map after settling into our room. We had to find ways to dispose of trash over a 5-day stay. Otherwise our seat was fine and staff was helpful and nice.

Holy WOW - what a GEM! A treasure and a great deal...a steal. There is so much to recommend about this place but I don't even want to spoil the surprise for you. I can best summarize with the words "welcoming, affordable, charming, soulful, clean, convenient, and community-proud." There is truly only one thing I'd hope to improve: there were 3 pillows on my King bed and they were HUGE. Essentially 3 body-pillows, with so much body my head felt propped up on them. I'm not a picky pillow person, either. In retrospect, I should have gone down to the incredibly kind and helpful woman working the front desk and simply asked if she had a regular bed-sized pillow for me. But listen - seriously. It hardly sounds like a problem. The place is a delight and such a $ deal. I hope you pick this place, whoever you are.

Convenient location as far as a short walk to Heavenly Village and the Gondola.

Decent hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Check in was quick and convenient, rooms were clean and comfy. Only thing negative was that the pillows were a little bit big, an additional smaller or softer pillow would have been good.

Had a great stay, would visit again and bring my family great for families or a couple weekend. Older place but crew does a great job maintaining. We did have an issue with a broken stair, but staff handled the situation promptly
